TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation
As the capacity for research and development is limited, Yungshin established TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation to promote biomedical activities and encourage research and development in the hope of creating an entertaining and educational medical environment.
Upholding the idea of contributing to the society, the founder Lee, Tian-Te established TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation in 2005 to promote medical education and research, recognize outstanding medical researchers in each generation, and improve Taiwan’s medical standards and human well-being.

Pursuing Better Quality of Life
As the development of the biomedical industry correlates closely with relief from diseases and is the key to the improved quality of life, many advanced countries have invested in this industry to stay ahead.
As education and research are the fundamentals of the biomedical development, the goal of TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation is to promote medical education and research, popularize the medical knowledge, and inform the public of drug safety.
Yung Shin Medical Museum
To popularize the knowledge of medication and record the development of the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Lee, Tian-Te established Yung Shin Medical Museum in Yungshin Sports Park located on Tie-Jhen Mountain in Dajia District, Taichung City. Built in 1980s, Yungshin Nursery was renovated and changed into Yung Shin Medical Museum, where citizens can obtain knowledge from exhibitions while exercising in the sports park.

Encouraging Scholars and Graduates
- Scholars and graduates are encouraged to conduct their biomedical study, so as to promote the biomedical development.TienTe Lee Pharmaceutical Technology Award and Distinguished Thesis Awards have been designed since 2005 and 2013 respectively
Holding Seminars
- TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation organizes or sponsors biomedical conferences, seminars, symposiums, and visits. In 2008, TienTe Lee Award Laureate Club was established to invite biomedical experts from the industry, the government, and the academia to share their experience.
Charitable Activities
- TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation organizes or sponsors social educational and charitable activities, such as drug technology camps and little pharmacist camps, for students to improve their knowledge of drugs through speeches, interactive guides, and visits to drug manufacturers.
Teaching Knowledge of Medicine
- Established in line with the purpose of TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation, charitable educational and research institutions and the medical museum serve and teach the public knowledge of medicine through guides and DIY activities.
Holding Health Seminars
- TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation organizes or sponsors health activities and seminars to encourage the public to exercise and cultivate healthy living habits.
