Yungshin Actively Prepares Itself for International GMP Inspections to Drive Export

Last year, Yungshin’s sterile injection plant received the GMP inspections of British MHRA, Japan’s PMDA, FDA of the U.S. and Korea’s MFDS.

After passing the inspection in Japan last year, Yungshin obtained the permit licenses of Zoledronic Acid and Oxaliplatin; Yungshin also passed the inspections in the U.S. and Korea. Deficiencies identified by British MHRA have been improved and supplemented; at the end of last year, Yungshin was informed by its clients that MHRA has started the CMC inspection. Yungshin’s export to EU is just around the corner.

Yungshin Pharm Ind. Co. Ltd. was awarded Excellent Business Engaged in E-invoice Issuance by Ministry of Finance in 2016. Director-general of National Taxation Bureau of the Central Area, Ministry of Finance Hsu, Tzu-Mei visited Yungshin on November 9 to grant the award.

Chairman Lee, Fang-Yu indicated that Yungshin has persisted in fulfilling the operating principle of “one account book” upheld by the founder Lee, Tian-Te and paying taxes in accordance with laws. Since its establishment, Yungshin has implemented the strict accounting system that emphasizes the transparent disclosure of financial information. The “one account book” is the core of business growth and operation as well as the basis of quality assurance. Certified by Ministry of Finance as the excellent business engaged in e-invoice issuance, Yungshin will continue to pay taxes in good faith while pursuing corporate sustainability. 

Director-general Hsu, Tzu-Mei indicated that it was not easy for Yungshin to win the excellent business engaged in e-invoice issuance due to its huge trading volume and amount. This proves that Yungshin has the strict internal control that avoids tax arrears, allowing stakeholders to fully understand the company’s integrity and law-abiding sustainable operation. Paying taxes in good faith not only enables national construction, but is the highest presentation of corporate social responsibility.
