Chemix Inc. (CMX; address: 2-15-10, Shinyokohama Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Japan), a subsidiary of Yungshin Global Holding (3705) has officially signed the agreement on the transfer of rights of management with Japan Antibiotic Corp. (JAC) to acquire all business of JAC and take over the agency of imported raw materials and sales channels in Taiwan, China, Korea, and Indonesia.
Founded in 1987, CMX has the annual turnover of JPY 2 billion. In 2013, Yungshin Global Holding acquired 100% of CMX’s shares and specialized in imported injections and APIs. With the advanced laboratory, the subpackage line, and a logistics center set up in Yamanashi, CMX has over 20 years of experience in the inspection and registration of imported drugs and APIs in Japan and forges strategic alliances with Japanese major drug manufacturers and distributors.
